Features
Not another dashboard. A clear next move.
Daily readiness, training plans, weather, personal context, and connected-device reminders work as one action loop.
AI daily decision
Readiness, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, training load, and recent trends answer one question first: progress or scale back?
Weekly training plan
Build a week around your current base. Low recovery, short sleep, or stressful weather automatically switches sessions to lower-impact or indoor alternatives.
Weather-aware guidance
Feels-like temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind shape outdoor recommendations before conditions turn a normal session into extra load.
Fast personal check-ins
Add fatigue, soreness, stress, food, and notes in seconds, so guidance understands more than what your watch can measure.
Apple Watch at a glance
See readiness, key actions, and workouts from your wrist, then sync quick check-ins back to iPhone.
Home and Lock Screen widgets
See today's readiness and first action without opening the app. Widgets refresh from the latest on-device snapshot.
7-day trends and review
Charts, averages, and daily details connect workouts, sleep, and readiness—making sudden load spikes easier to spot.
Privacy-first AI
Raw HealthKit data stays on your device by default. Remote AI requires a gateway and key you choose, and can be disabled at any time.
Workout Records
Seven days of movement, turned into context.
With permission, PulseFit reads workouts and activity from Apple Health and turns recent training into a view you can compare, understand, and act on.
Charts, daily detail, and side-by-side comparisons reveal whether load is rising too quickly, recovery is keeping up, and sleep is working with—or against—your plan.
7-day movement trends
See workout duration, active energy, steps, and distance in one weekly view.
Daily workout history
Review activity type, start time, duration, and energy by day.
Load in perspective
Compare today, yesterday, and the 7-day average alongside readiness.
Apple Watch
Glance on your wrist. Understand on your phone.
Apple Watch keeps readiness, key actions, workout history, and quick check-ins close. iPhone gives you deeper trends, planning, privacy controls, and AI coaching.
Readiness at a glance
See today's score, training direction, and key recommendation from your wrist.
Capture how you feel
Record a quick personal check-in and sync it back to the richer iPhone view.
Useful, not noisy
Local reminders focus on meaningful recovery or load changes without turning wellbeing into another source of pressure.
