Common Questions
How do I start transcription?
Record a meeting in the app or import an audio file. Meeting Assistant will process the audio on device and show progress during transcription.
Where are my files stored?
Recordings, transcripts, local history, and exported files are stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the Account page in the app and choose Manage Subscription, or manage subscriptions from your App Store account settings.
How do I request account deletion?
Email support with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address associated with your account.
